Requirements: Candidate must have an interest in the food service industry, the ability to work in the United States, and at least one year of work experience. Interest in cooking, desire to meet needs of camp residents, maintenance of required food service certifications, at least one year experience in volume cooking.
Responsibilities: front line cook and food service worker
Specific Duties:
Cooks and prepares food
Adheres to health and sanitation codes, laws, standards, etc. as dictated by Food Service Manager
Serves food
Keeps kitchen and food service areas clean and washes dishes
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 35 lbs on a frequent basis
Long periods of standing, sitting and bending
